(1) Before the mixer starts to work, first start the engine to run for a while and inflate the air reservoir;
(2)把操縱油泵伺服閥的手柄放在中央位置(此時攪拌筒處于靜止為止)，操縱油門手柄把油門開到30%的開度，再操縱伺服閥手柄，使拌筒在2r/min的低速下正轉(zhuǎn)；
(2) Put the handle of the servo valve of the oil pump in the central position (until the mixing drum is stationary at this time), operate the throttle handle to open the throttle to 30%, and then operate the handle of the servo valve to make the mixing drum rotate forward at a low speed of 2R / min;
(3)把車開到攪拌站出料漏斗下，使車的進料斗口與攪拌站的出料翻斗對正，防止混凝土流到車外而造成浪費和沾污車體；
(3) Drive the truck under the discharge funnel of the mixing station to align the inlet of the truck with the discharge bucket of the mixing station, so as to prevent the concrete from flowing out of the truck and causing waste and contamination of the car body;
(4)操縱伺服閥手柄使攪拌筒正轉(zhuǎn)，轉(zhuǎn)速為4-8r/min，這時可向攪拌筒進料；
(4) Operate the handle of the servo valve to make the mixing drum rotate forward, and the rotating speed is 4-8r / min. at this time, the material can be fed into the mixing drum;
(5)裝料到公稱攪動容量時，操縱伺服閥手柄和油門手柄使攪拌筒轉(zhuǎn)速為1-3r/min后，把車開至卸料地點，從攪拌車進料到卸料完畢允許的時間不超過1.5小時；
(5) When the material is loaded to the nominal stirring capacity, operate the servo valve handle and throttle handle to make the mixing drum rotate at 1-3r / min, then drive the truck to the discharging place, and the allowable time from feeding to discharging shall not exceed 1.5h;
(6)車到卸料地點后，把卸料溜槽轉(zhuǎn)向接料位置；
(6) After the truck arrives at the unloading place, turn the unloading chute to the receiving position;
(7)操縱伺服閥手柄和油門手柄，使攪拌筒反轉(zhuǎn)，達到8-12r/min進行卸料；
(7) Operate the servo valve handle and throttle handle to reverse the mixing drum to 8-12r / min for discharging;
(8)運輸車可在汽車停止時卸料，也可在汽車慢速運行中卸料；
(8) The transporter can unload when the vehicle stops or when the vehicle runs slowly;
(9)每次卸料后，必須將進料斗，攪拌筒內(nèi)外、出料溜槽等清洗干凈，防止混凝土凝固在上述部件上。
(9) After each discharge, the feeding hopper, the inside and outside of the mixing drum and the discharge chute must be cleaned to prevent the concrete from solidifying on the above parts.
